Time's Tale

Beyond all channels of knowledge lies an infinite tale
told by time. Take a few seconds away from the sound
waves emitted from the earth's corners and you will
literally hear her speak. Her voice is evident in the
consistently paced tic tac beats of the clocks on our
walls. She holds all truth and distributes fragments
of it in spaced sections of eternity for men to find.
She has the events of our lives wisely scheduled with
alarms to signal the onset of each, if only we'd listen
long enough to get the rhythm. Unfortunately, we are
deceived by malfunctioned watches and impaired
clocks whose batteries have died and have somehow
lost our place in the rhythm; dancing to the wrong
beat at the wrong time. Consequently, we find
ourselves lagging a few hours behind or otherwise
stuck at one point deprived of progress while the
beat goes on.
And we come up with notions like 'life is unfair'.
What if I opposed that school of thought and blamed
the injustices of life on our inability to understand
the times and seasons? Maybe modify it a little; life
is not fair, time is. She serves every plate
accordingly. The main difference between the rich
and the poor is time management. The social
stratification system is only an illustration of
various people at different paces with time; lower,
middle and upper class. A few steps faster and the
poor will equal the rich. The key is to keep pace with
time. Quit the blame game, Karl Marx died blaming it
on the bourgeoisie.
Why not increase your pace and allow time to relay a
few more episodes of her tale before you murmur?
Maybe try listen out for the alarms before engaging
in the wrong activities at the wrong time... Trust her.
She always tells the true tale. It's the point at
which you stop listening that you get a distorted
version of it.
